Question:
What is the Digital Rating Agency rating and why do I need it?

Answer:
Digital Rating Agency rating is independent professional assessment of digital assets (ICOs, tokens, cryptocurrencies, etc.) and digital infrastructure (token / (currency) exchanges, wallets, etc.) in accordance with publically available information, and the appraisal of investment attractiveness.
Question:
What is a fraud risk assessment?

Answer:
Fraud Rate is an assessment by Digital Rating Agency of the intention and / or ability of issuers of digital assets to fulfill their obligations. The appraisal is based on the data from open sources. The risk value can be “Low”, “Medium”, or “High”. At the same time, the presence of intention and possibility does not guarantee the actual fulfillment of obligations or positive investment attractiveness of the project.
Question:
How to get rated?

Answer:
The express rating is assigned by the Digital Rating Agency team free of charge. As interest in these or other projects appears, they get into the Watching list, after which truly worthy project projects are assigned a Fraud Rate rating first, and then a rating of investment attractiveness can be assigned. The express rating is limited to the A2 estimate, due to the reason that the data is obtained from publically available sources only and is not verified. A full rating of a particular project can be ordered on a fee basis, as it includes consulting on the project shortcomings as they are identified.
Question:
Why the express ratings cannot be higher than A2 level?

Answer:
The data used for express rating assessment is not verified and is limited to publically available information, thus, this appraisal cannot be considered as full and comprehensive. Express ratings are always publicly available.
Question:
What is public and non-public rating?

Answer:
Once the assessment of the asset is completed, the analysts of Digital Rating Agency issue a rating report and a rating score. If the final rating score does not meet the digital asset owner’s expectations, the owner has a right to leave the rating report non-public, meaning that Digital Rating Agency will not publish it or spread any information about the rating.
